My focus on raising awareness and promoting techniques for fitness motivation are directed towards the audience of average people.

People with responsibilities, families, work lives, social lives who sometimes struggle with finding time for their own tasks, let alone for themselves.

These people come with their own strengths, experiences, challenges and anxieties as well as different levels of self esteem and confidence.

For what its worth, I believe that the underlying motivation for fitness is affected by all of the attributes above, that surround each person.

These attributes also change throughout life, making it all the more important for people to understand themselves at different stages of their lives because things change.
